Partners Bulgaria Foundation conducted a series of seminars with more than 80 students age 14-19 on the topic “Equality and the role of women for the development of society”.
Through interactive games, group activities and discussions, the youth learned about the history of women’s rights and women fights in different parts of the world to achieve equality and overcome existing discriminatory practices. Topics such as the image of women in the media, advertising and social networks and platforms, gender equality and the challenges facing modern women in modern society were discussed.
The purpose of the training is to increase the competence of young people on women’s rights. The educational program encourages students to gain in-depth knowledge and a better understanding of human rights and fundamental freedoms as core values in a democratic society.
