We promote human rights and the important principles of dignity, fairness, respect and equality.  We give specific attention to the rights of the child, citizens’ rights and women rights. We build strong relationships with people and communities that lead to inclusion, participation and improved quality of life. We support children, young people, minorities and people from disadvantaged groups to participate in their communities, have access to education, social services and economic opportunities, develop relationships, get involved in work or study and be able to pursue their goals and passions. Organisations and communities are at their best when everyone contributes, everyone is heard and everyone is supported.

Our methodologies include cooperative planning, multi-stakeholders consensus building, and facilitation of dialogue and conflict mediation. Finding and working on common ground and inclusive, collaborative partnerships are at the heart of the way we work.
