Classroom without Conflicts is a Toolkit developed for primary school teachers, educators, school counsellors, psychologists and other professionals working with children. Organized in easy-to-use lessons, this Toolkit introduces primary school children into the art of effective communication, understanding and expressing emotions. The second part of the Toolkit is devoted to the process of conflict management. The main focus of this set of interactive exercises is on problem solving, decision-making and building and maintaining good relationships with others. The interactive lessons’ plans aim at developing emotional intelligence and important social skills.
