The Conflict Resolution trilogy of the Partners-Bulgaria Foundation offers a coherent solution-oriented approach that introduces children from primary, secondary and upper-school age into the art of positive communication and the effective resolution of disputes and conflicts that inevitably arise among them. The tools are designed for teachers, pedagogical counselors and psychologists, as well as for child care specialists and youth workers. The tools respond to the needs and age specifics of children. For each grade, the program offers various components, including developing communication skills, skills related to problem solving, critical and creative thinking, searching for solutions in conflict situations, and mediating disputes among peers. Developed in easy-to-use interactive lessons, designed for class and extracurricular activities, the program is a valuable resource for schools, children and youth centers.
